Color coated steel usually refers to the substrate surface treatment coating  (roller coating) coating or bonding of organic film and backed products, may further processing into final products. Overseas call “pre-painted steel sheet” “plastic plate”. The product has the beautiful factory color or pattern, it is also known as the “color coated steel sheet” Color coated steel plate it is called in china the more popular, and referred to as “color coated” or “color     board”.

The color coated sheet is a new pre-painted product of strip steel, which has gained rapid development in recent thirty years internationally. It is formulated on the high-speed and continuous assembly through chemical pre-treatment, rendering, fine painting and other technologies. The painting quality is far more even, stable and perfect than the quality of spraying or brushing single pieced on the formed mental surfaces.

Coating Structure

Color coated steel sheet is commonly used coating polyester (PE), followed  by modified silicone resin (SMP), high weather resistant polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), the coating structure has two coat-one back  and two Tu one baking, coating thickness in surface 20-25 μ ,   back 8-10 μ ,construction eternal use not below the surface of the back should be 20    μ ,  10 μ .
